in PRRW i am getting error which states " taxcode in tax ru is invalid"
Please advice

select proper vat code for all your expenses types in table V_T706B1.

The error regarding TAX procedure not maintaied is due to incorrect costcenter is maintained in the IT17 or IT27. We also had the same issue, for example, employee's actual costcenter is maintained in IT0001 (emp is belongs to USA), but if we maintain different costcenter is any of the travel info type (Ex Germany cost center is maintained) we may end up with this kind of error. And it is not advisable to change the tax proceduser to accommodate another country's procedure.
Pl let me know if you need more clarification.

Please check in FTXP whether there is any tax code created and GL account assigned for that.

Do you have Payroll integration with travel management? If no then check
Travel Management->Travel Expenses->Master Data->Control Parameters for Travel Expenses->Define Global Settings
select no input Tax.
