Authorization to gl account only

Hi

I am Co Consultant and i need to guide my basis peson in this case.

I have a user and for the t code of f-02, he has to post only 100000 gl account not to other gl accounts.

how can we do in SAP.

Ask them to create authorization group and assign the same in FS00 to GL account

You can further restrict it by document type. See OBA7 - you can assign authorization group.

This can be done by assigning authorization group to the GL.

Here you go:

> Assign authorization group to the GL through FS00 tcode.

> The same Authorization group needs to be included in user master's profiles for the following objects:

> F_BKPF_BES

> F_SKA1_BES

> with ACTIVITY 77 (for Posting).

Hello,

GL account is linked to company code to restrict you need to create authorization group,and in role for authorization object F_SKA1_BES you need to provide access to that particular group only.

You can work with F-02 enter the required posting date n document date whcih needs to be same and fill the required information like compnay code . at the bottom you can see account optioninto which you can enter the gl account no . and do the needful
