This error is occuring when im configuring the scenario in ID.

there is a interface determination but it doesnt show up.

now it shows error message everytime i try to send mesg.

the exact error is : CPALookupException: Couldn't retrieve [...] for the given P/S/A values [...]

i did Cache refresh, SXI cache, restarted server etc

applied note

https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=994614

this error occurs when you have given wrong details in the Configuration Objects of ID....or if the referred objects like service/system/ partty are missing from ID

Check your config objects (interface/ receiver determination, sender/ receiver agreement) and confirm that all the objects included (especially the business service/ system,channel, party(if any), MI) are existing and actiavted

Abhishek.

Then just add a logical system name to the business system you are using in ID. This should solve the problem.

I had the same issue some time back but this solved my error. This seems to be a bug in showing the error message.

HI venkat,

Looks like Cache not got updated

Go to SXI_CACHE and check whether it is green or not.If not refresh it

Also Check CPACache

to refresh this http://host:port/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

Do this and rerun the scenario ..

Divya
