Hi,
We are facing an issue wherein in some but not all of the sales orders created, the incompletion log is recorded at item level which is not correct for route optimisation data which is header data (Additional Data B tab -> Latitude/Longitude/Shipping Type/Special Req).
The change history of the orders show that the incompletion status VBUK- UVVLS was changed by either a background job by SAP-BATCH or the credit release in VKM1.
I have checked OVA2, and incompletion check for these fields have been correctly maintained at the Sales header level and none at the item level.

Hi Prashant,
The transaction being used is VA01 for sales order creation.
In one sample order Total incompletion status of all items was changed from Complete to Partially complete with VKM1 and then again corrected to Complete with VA02 by a user . User corrected the status by deleting item 10 and then creating item 30 since the incompletion log was on item 10.
In another sample order Total incompletion status of all items was changed from Complete to Partially complete by SAP_BATCH and then again corrected to Complete by SAP_BATCH with VA02. SAP_BATCH corrected the status by applying rejection reason to item 30 since the incompletion log was on item 30 here.
