Problem on Alert Generation for Mitigation Controls

I'm trying to generate an alert job for created mitigation controls but all I get is the following message:

Error while executing the Job:--

---

Error in Alert Generation!--

---

Anyone can help me with this problem?

I'm using AC-RAR 5.3_08.0

Andre,

This was one of the common issues in RAR. Did you have a look at note # 1015921? It has reference to other notes and a powerpoint (scroll down and you will see it).
