Service Rate Contract (selling Services and materials at prescribed rate)

Hi Experts,

Please help to work out the below requirement

Our client wants to execute a Contract with their customer for Services (labors) + Materials with a fixed rate for a period of time.

1. Materials to be supplied at a prescribed rate for one year (we have around 2000 materials)

2. Services (a. only cleaning - Rs.100, b. Replacing chemicals - Rs.500, c. Overhauling - Rs.1500 etc)

This rates are the agreed terms for each material and services.

Whenever Service required, Customer refer the Price list and give a PO only for the materials and services he require.

We need to Service the Equipment with the ordered materials and Bill to be generated as in the PO

Billing amount is fixed as in the PO irrespective of the material consumption and labors (We may use materials / Services more or less in the PO).

Please let me know how to do this?
