Error -2028

Hi,

I'm trying to add a draft for AR Invoice but the system displays the error : 2028.

This means that it can't find some data.

I think the problem is related to the business partners data as the problem occurs only for some of them when I try to add the same AR Invoice.

I opened the enterprise manager and tried to compare the records to find the differences but it seems that there's no difference.

Could someone help me?

Hi Fabrizio,

I had a very similar problem a few months ago. Here is the link to the topic where this issue was handled:

I wanted to create invoices from deliveries. The problem I had was that some user changed the name of the Ship to Address of some Business Partners but the delivery document stayed with the old address triggering the -2028 error when I made the association between the invoice and the delivery. So by changing the name of the Ship to address or by adding a new address with the old name I could get rid of this problem.
