Opportunity Assessment: Chance of Success Calculation

Hi all

I have an opportunity assessment questionnaire attached to my transaction type.

When I fill the questionnaire and submit it, the chance of success (%) field does not get populated with a value and remains ZERO.

In IMG I have defined the questionnaire, defined the questionnaire determination and also assigned the questionnaire to a transaction type.

However I can't find any setting related to the Chance of Success calculation.

Please Help.

I feel as per the settings you have made, the questionnaire should work as the calculation is directly picked up from the questionnaire definition itself. However, maintaining the determination is important in this case. So just check if you have activated by checking the Box 'Activ' of the determination you have defined in IMG-> CRM-> Transactions-> Settings for opportunities-> Sales Methodology-> Define determination for questionnaires.
