Not able to create customer

Hi,

I have defined my own sales area. Now when I am trying to create a customer for this sales area, its giving a error that my sales area is not defined for customers. When I am trying to view in TVTA table , i can see some assignments missing . The missing assignments are :

1. Ref-distch-cust/Art.

2. Ref-Div-Customers

3.Ref-Div-Conditons

4.RefDivCond

Am I not able to create customer because of these missing settings. If so then where to do these settings ?

Hi,

Make the reference DC and Div in VOR1 and VOR2 T-Code.

Hi,

Maintain your Sales area as common Distribution channel and common dicvision.

Use the T.Codes VOR1 and VOR2 for this.
