Dear All,

Simply without sampling , I have done MIC/IP/RR and ud. Now if I want sampling procedure to be used that is out of 100 nos. MIGO in quality , I want 50% sample to be checked only for quality, what I will have to do? Whether to create sp by QDV1 than do QPV2 or some other thing. Pls. explain in detail.

Hi

you must create a sampling procedure by QDV1 select % sampling & enter 50 %.Manual valuation.

then go to Qp02 assign it to task list infront of MIC(for this you have to tick control indicator in SP MIC)

Now When New inspection lot will be generated this will be aplicable.

for Lot UD is taken you can not assign sampling as status is SPCO :Stocjk posting completed & UD is made.
