Claim assignment change

Hi,

We have Claim management in place. When the claim is approved, Internal Order is created. After initial approval, if the assignment of claim is changed to another WBS, this change is not updated in Internal order master. I am getting the below error message:

Characteristic "Notification Type" for business scenario "Claim Management" is missing

Message no. IAOM007

Can any one help me pls?

Hi,

Once after initial approval the WBSE can not be changed.

The new WBSE has no approval.For any other WBSE one has to generate

another claim.

PLs confirm whether this is the standard SAP functionality, or can we have any enhancement for updating IO for other WBSE?
