it means , u need to pay a service tax for the transportation. IT will happen normally for transportation module.
A frieght vendor will be there , he transport goods for a cost of 300/ km and 12% service tax.
calculated in tranportation shipment cost in transportaion module. In normal process also we can do it againsta freight vendor . make it it a cdn type for a frieght vendor ( combined price + service tax).and can bill it.
