In my Solman SP15, Trxn IS02 is not working. I get message Transaction Does not exist.
has anyone faced such issue and solved it earlier.

Tomas was nearly right.
Go to CRMC_SAF_TOOL --> mark what you need --> check
In the next screen use Go To --> Indexes.
There you can recompile your indexes, e.g. the index of the SDB.
You can also use transaction code SICF and start the BSP crm_ei_cmp_admn directly.

I think that you can use now transaction CRM_SAF_TOOL->index->check instead IS02.

I'm not sure what this tx is supposed to do.
But it's unavailable in my solman SPS15 and SPS19 (EHP1).
So my best guess is you're trying to run a transaction that doesn't exist on SolMan at all.
