I am now not using that client.

but the client which i am using is giving error in some program,

there r some lines missing in that standard program.

can it be the problem because of that client copy i have done as it contain cross client data.

if it may be the problem can client deletion will solve it.

Plz tell the solution.

Hi,

I think profile SAP_EXBC only copies cross-client customizing. It does not touch the programs.

So no question of client copy causing this problem.

Since it is a standard program, you may have to raise a message with SAP.

Thks Kiran,

I want to ask u again one thing.

If a request is generated in qlt it will be saved as local change request.

I have to release that requests because an error (OBJECT LOCKED)was coming during patch updating

I tried for unlocking the object but still the same error.

So tell is there any harm in releasing the request from qlt.

And also tell what will be the effect of that.

Regards

Dheeraj.

Hi Dheeraj,

Local cahnge requests cannot be released. You will have to assign a target system (may be production in your case) to this request (double click on the request and go to change mode).

Else, you can try to unlock the object in se03.

Allowing a release of request from quality is something that depends on your transport strategy and the change management process. Technically, only releasing the request should not cause any problems as long as you do not import it in the target system.

Kiran

"some error in some program" - it's impossible to help without more information.
