SAP ECC6 IDES Activating Funds Managment

Dear Sir,

I have an issue. When i want to activate the Funds Management for the company code 1000 ( AA Derivation and Update control), the system comes up with the message "Read only access" error message no. SV044. This transaction comes up in Display only.

Then how to activate Funds Management for the company code.

Hi,

Please check this:

View V_T001_FMACT should have 'Maintenance status' set to 'Read and

Change' instead of 'Read Only'.

This table is defaulted to Read only in the standard system

You can make this change through SE11

Dear Mar,

Thanks for your suggestion. But the IDES system is asking for Access Key for the object R3TR VIEW V_T001_FMACT.

How to get the access Key to make the required changes.

You should register object R3TR VIEW V_T001_FMACT in your installation number

The website ask for user id and password. Can you please provide me the user id and password for IDES to register the object.

Unfortunately I cannot do that. You should use an id registered in the Marketplace (a customer userid, or your own...)

Hi Novalbos,

This is an old thread but I am interjecting because I am having trouble with the same thing.

I have changed the maintenance mode of V_T001_FMACT in SE11 to 'Read and Change'

But the 'Activate Fund Management' is still showing in display mode only.

What is going wrong here? Is there some other setting that i need to make?
