Admin user id and password

Hai,

I am Balu.I installed evalution version of SAP WAS in my system During installation it asked for Java-->System master password and I gave it as netweavers and completion of installation, Using http://servername:portnumber/index.html I am able to get index page but I am unble to access System Information, User Management and all other options. After that I changed my SDM password and able to deploy web applications. But I am not able to access System Information, User Management and all other options. Please give me guidence and please send me the default user ids and passwords to access those.

Hi balu

It seems your admin /Administartor user is locked .

Follow these steps to unlock them

1)You have to enable the super admin first and if reqd change the password also.

2)Start the server with the changes .

3)Login as SAP*

4)Unlock the admin /Administartor user's.( if reqd change the password also )

5)Again using offline config tool disable the SuperAdmin (SAP*)

6)Restart the server again.

Try login again as admin /Administartor user

password = the one you entered during installation

Hi Balu,

The login user id for the User Management, System

Information etc on the Index page is the Administrator

The passwords for the administrative users would have been asked for during the installation. If its not

working, then you will have to reset the password. I am

not sure if any default passwords exist for these.

You can reset the password for the administrator by

activating the SAP* user and resetting the Administrator

password.

After that change the password in Secure store also as

given in Note 701654

Try to login using

userid => Administrator

password => admin
