Workcenter for Service desk and BP problem

Hi all,

We are service providers using work-center concept for the web-access to our customer.

I have created a key user for our customer in our Solution manager and assigned this user to BP partner in Trx BP and given him the role GENERAL and Employee .But still when I am opening the incident management work-center ,its showing me "You are not assigned a Business Partner".

Is there anything else also needs to be done at my end .

Moreover when I am clicking on create message link in the Incident management work center and further in the system information details (System and Client) field I am not able to find any of the systems details over there.

Is there any configuration needs to be done as we have already maintained all our systems in the SMSY trx code.

Hi Atul,

for getting the system information on screen while creating the message, in BP those systems must be added in identification.

for key user u need not give employee role. create as general.

identification is most important... if dont maintain that the you will not get th BP displayed on work center screen.
