ST-A/PI add-on on SAP Solution Manager Failed

Dear experts,

i wish to install the ST-A/PI add-on on my SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 via the SAINT t-code.

my SAP_BASIS component release is 7.01 and my SAINT tool version is on 7.01/033 (mean level 33)

following the sap note 69455 i have downloaded 01L_CRM570 add-on release.

with a sap_all user on the client 000 number (also logging on <SID>ADM user on windows), i successfully uploaded the add-on file (KITAC4D.SAR) after downloading it on the SAP Service Marketplace withe the SAINT t-code but after pressing the start button on the wizzard, the addon doesn't appear in the table control 'Installable addons'.

Any idea?

did you downlaod the installation file or delta upgrade file for ST-A/PI ?

means, is any ST-A/PI component patch level already there in your system or not ?

i think this is only an add-on. I didn't have ST-A/PI component installed on my SAP Solution Manager System.

How could i find the ST-A/PI installation file related to my sap_basis release?

Dear Pascal,

Please execute program RTCCTOOL in your system and it will automatically propose the relevant add-on to be applied.

Hello Mathan Ponnuchamy,

that is precisely what i m doing: i have run the RTCCTOOL on the SAP Solution Manager and i'm trying to resolve one of the red trouble. I think my problem has been "resolved" by myself following the RTCCTOOL advises and procedures.
