Sales Price Conditions upload

Hi all,

Is there any standard way to upload sales price conditions from an excel file? Instead of going to VK11 to create manually the registers for a condition table, we would like to have all the registers in an excel file in teh server, and upload it automatically. It should be in an easy way, because the users will do that.

Hi,

You have two methods to load the condition records.

1) BDC ( Batch data Communication) : A custom program is written to load the data into syste./

2) LSMW ( Legacy system Migration Workbench).

Hey Ines,

LSMW is probably your best bet. The only tricky part is ensuring your key combination string e.g. Sales Area, Customer, Article is included for SAP to figure out which pricing table to update. If you create an LSMW object using a recording, it calls tcode VK15 (for what its worth...).

The other option you could try is CATT (Computer Aided Test Tool). You can access that via transaction SCAT. That will do the trick for as well.
