Hello,
We have configured service desk.but we are unable to execute transaction IS02.
we are able to use IS01 .
can any body tell me what is the problem.

I think that you can use now transaction CRM_SAF_TOOL->index->check instead IS02.

I'm not sure what this tx is supposed to do.
But it's unavailable in my solman SPS15 and SPS19 (EHP1).
So my best guess is you're trying to run a transaction that doesn't exist on SolMan at all.
