0customer PSA to Info object load

Hi All

We have three records for which we have invalid char issue.

We have cleaned this up in the PSA. But the update to the info object doesnt happen. It stays yellow in details tab.

No dump in ST22. Infact in SM50, no process is logged.

Dont know what could be the reason.

Hi Prakash,

Please check the master data table for that info

object and see whether the 3 records which you modified

in PSA are updated or not .

What do you see in SM21 and detailed section of the monitor?
