GRC 5.3 | ERM | Delete Roles in ERM and Back-end

Hi experts,

when a role is deleted in ERM, will it then automatically be deleted in the back-end.

Is there a way to turn this feature on or off?

Hi,

When you are going to delete a role from ERM, the system will as you with two option below,

1) Delete role from ERM only

2) Delete role from ERM and the Backend system

There is no way to turn off these options and there is no workflow for the role deletion from ERM till now.

And how about when deleting a role in CUP, here there is no choise given.

So deleted in the back-end or only in the front-end?

Yes.. there is no option given in CUP for role deletion. In CUP you can unassign role from Users.

Well, in CUP on the configuration tab, when you search for roles, in the next screen you get the option to delete roles...
