projrct wise different cost comparision report

Hi Gurus,

Is there any report which include different cost i.e Budgeted value, actual value, actual revenue for projects (all wbs) executed in perticular time period.

If i want to customize report which table and field required for the same pls provide me details for that.

You can also create a custom line item report similar to CJI3 and CJI8 with required columns like Budget, Actual cost, Actual Revenue.... In the slection screen you can select multiple projects or WBSE or NWA, all these for a given date range. The output would be for the selected date range and gives you all objects which have data in the specified date range.

You can use CJE0 which will give you a consolidated list of all the reports in PS

Hi,

You can also create a Hierarchy report using CJE4 and CJE1. Here you can include any column you want based on certain characteristics predefined. You can also use Business Txn as one of the characteristic and get the data. You can select drill down options based on Period/Year, Companycode etc and you can get the values on period basis when you drill down the report.

Hi,

In CNS41 use multiple selection to select all projects

in the intial screnn of the report choose field to set the budget,actual and revenue

this will give values for the all projects

select the last object of the any project and then double click on filter

again choose fileds for the respective fields then from menu bar goto-->periodic breakdown

will give over all summary of the individual project object accross the period.

You can also use CNS41 report to get Budet, cost and revenue for the WBS.
