Hi,
We have an issue regarding shop on behalf in SRM.
A shopping cart is created as shop on behalf and needs approval from a manager. If the manager rejects it, then the shopping cart email notification is returned to the user and it has been sent to shopped on behalf of user not the creater of the shopping cart (who did the shop on behalf).
Is there any option to change notification it should go to creator not to the on behalf of user. Can any one please let me know which workflow settings we have to change.
Thanks
Venkatesh P
hello Venkatesh,
This is the standard behaviour... Because the notification goes to the user who has the
workitem in his inbox.
In this case, User A creates a Shopping cart for the User B. It gos for approval, it will be rejected, and the workitem goes to the creator user B. (he is the creator, since User A created the SC for him)
If you want to have that User A has the workitem (and therefore the notification) in his inbox,
make an active substitution role, where user A is substitute of user B
Regards,
SZD
