CUP duplicate background jobs: email dispatcher

Hi All

In CUP, when I check configuration>backgound jobs>Display Schedule, I find duplicate jobs for Email dispatcher, email reminder etc...

But while actually scheduling the job, I get only single entry for each job...I have scheduled the email dispatcher job but still not getting the mails...

I feel perhaps these duplicate entries are creating some problem in emails...Has somebody got similar issue?

What could be other reason for not getting the e-mails? I have checked the SMTP...

Hi,

Where do checked the SMTP setting?

Please check whether your SMTP port is open?

Abhijeet,

This is a known issue in CUP 5.3. Please look at the note # 1178402 to resolve it.

Note 1178402 seems to be in rework. Is there any other way to get this working?
