Hi All
In CUP, when I check configuration>backgound jobs>Display Schedule, I find duplicate jobs for Email dispatcher, email reminder etc...
But while actually scheduling the job, I get only single entry for each job...I have scheduled the email dispatcher job but still not getting the mails...
I feel perhaps these duplicate entries are creating some problem in emails...Has somebody got similar issue?
What could be other reason for not getting the e-mails? I have checked the SMTP...

Where do checked the SMTP setting?
Please check whether your SMTP port is open?
