Hello,
Have recently configured the Solution Database by following the steps below.
1. In transaction CRMC_SAF_ADV_CLIENT, under the
"Compilation Service" node or verify the following:
For SDB, SDB_PROBLEMS and SDB_SOLUTIONS knowledge base, make sure
that the entrie for the corresponding language exist and that the
"Search Engine Name" is set to STANDARD
IMG (SPRO):
CRM->Enterprise Intelligence->Software Agent Framework
1. To add entries for SDB, SDB_SOLUTIONS, etc. go to
->Name and Configure Knowledge Base
Go through the customizing wizard for each knowledge base: SDB
and SDB_SOLUTIONS.
2. In the SAF UI Compilation page, when you run the full compilation
for SDB or SDB_PROBLEMS or SDB_SOLUTIONS can you see any error
message? You can verify this by clicking on the knowledge base name
to go intot the detail page.
3, cleanup in some of the tables. Make sure to have the proper
authorization to delete entries from a table.
1. Table CRMC_SAF_KB_T
Can you please delete entries SDB, SDB_SOLUTIONS, SDB_PROBLEMS and
SDB_SOLUTIONS_DOC for which there's no language associated.
2. Table CRMD_EI_LOG_CMP
Select all and delete all the entries
3. Table CRMD_EI_LOG_GEN
Select all and delete all the entries
4. Run again the full compilation
Check the below notes for 5.0.
954407 Missing Customizing data in SAF
1002299 Missing Customizing data in SAF, Part II
By the way, does anyone of you know how to schedule the full compile of knowledge bases?
Thank you,
Ice
Hi Bhavesh,
you can use transaction CRMM_SEARCH to search your solutions in the SDB as a single transaction.
By the way have you set the status of your solutions to released? Because I had the same problem and forgot the release step in solution editor.
Also it is a difference if you create your solutions via transaction IS01/CRM_IIA_IS01 or via the web dynpro application wd_sdk_sdb_create_entry.
Kind regards,
André
