Customer Complaint Management!!!

Hi all,

I am getting some problems & need your help. I am working on SAP-ERP ECC6 standard (not include CRM). My customer require to use Customer Complaint Management function, include:

- Record Complaint

- Tracking the complaint

- Record solution to satisfy customer

But I donu2019t know have or havenu2019t Customer Complaint Management function in SAP-ERP standard. Anyone can help me!

Use

Tcode:CMP_PROCESSING, will help you to track all the complaints from Customer.

Hi

As you want to work on Customer Complaint Management function then use Invoice correction request cycle and to track the complaint you take the reference as Reason for Rejection then your requirement can be fulfilled. As you are using SAP-ERP ECC6 standard (not include CRM)then In VA05n by assigning

RK document type you can track the data of the customers. complaint
