Value contract

Hi all,

I had created value contract. By taking refernce of value contract i had created sales order.Even after exceeding contract amount it is allowing me to create sales order.how can i do the configuration changes in such a way that if the value of contract exceeds it should not allow to create sales order by displaying error mesg

HI

T code VTAA, goto item for combination of your contract nad sales order. put '+' in positive/negative quantity field.

try and revert.

Hi Rakesh,

Goto T.Code VTAA.

Select your Sales order type and Contract type.

Double click on tem.Select your item category.

Details.Maintain the value "+" in pos/neg. indicator field.

Save.

Hi Rakesh,

After maintaining the value "+" in item details.

Maintain the value "B" for the field "Cont. item copy mode".

Copying requirement as "303".

Copy quantity as "A" or "B".

Save.

Goto VOV7.Select your Item category.Details.

Maintain the completion rule as "B".

Mainly under value contract tab for the field "Contract Release ctrl" maintain the value "B".

Save.

Try now.

It will definitely gives you an error message.

I have tried here and it is working for me.Pls maintain the highlighted setting for your item category.
