Hi,
Delete a datasource - infosource assignment.
Optional -- Generate the datasource in the source system.
Replicate DS in BW.
Assign DS - IS again.
Proceed further as usual.
Best regards,
Eugene

Hi All,
When i checked the RSA3 with UpdateMode Delta SourceSystem(R/3).The following error is displayed.
Errors occurred during the extraction
Message no. RJ 012
Diagnosis
There was an error during the extraction phase of the extractor. An exception 'error_passed_to_mess_handler' has been triggered.
System Response
See the log for a more precise description of the error.
Procedure
Check the function module and the call from the extractor check program
Since this issue is in Production iam grateful to you if you assist me step ste
I request you to do the needful.
This error 'error_passed_to_mess_handler' is due to a problem in the function module code,on which the generic extractor is based.
An exception or error occured due to the data records, and the system passes the error details to the message handler so that custom messages can be displayed for the error(if configured).
Please run the datasource in rsa3 by checking the 'debug mode' checkbox.
Or u can also place a breakpoint in the function module code and then run rsa3.Or do a test execution of the function module.
cheers,
Vishvesh
Hi,
Goto SM37 in R/3 and give job name i.e. in BW -> Monitor-> Heared tab -> Eg. REQU_43GGDFGFDGFDTCVETIS5GO25I
like that, so copy that and give in R/3 in SM37 , but delete upto Underscroor "41GH1FZ2STCVETIS5GO2FNW7I" and delete the user name and give * and execute it.And see the job details. There you can find the Error message.
In this way you can find the same thing in BW system also and find the reason.
Thanks
Reddy

This error often occurs when datasource changes are not replicated to BW.
Right click on the source system in rsa1->source system and click on 'Replicate datasources'.
Then try to run the load again.
Also showing error in data selection.
Check the FM code in the extractor(if there's one)..
cheers,
Vishvesh
