Actual Cost

Dear PS Experts,

Through the Work Center I have Activities for Labour hr and Mechaning Cost. I created Activities and Wrok Cetners also. I applied the Cost Per hr also. When ever i Confirmed the Activity the reports only for the Planned cost not Actual cost. After confirmation the activity it would show the Planned Cost and Actual Cost also na. But it didnt shows.

Hi,

Check following settings

1.Costing Variant Plan is mantained in the network header ( check in OPUV, it must be PS02 )

2. Costing Variant Actual is mantained in the network header ( check in OPUV, it must be PS03 )

3. Check whether price is maintained for valid period in KP26.

4. Also check the validity dates in Work Center Costing Tab.

5. Check the valuation variant settings under Activity Types /Process tab in Actual Costing variant with Tcode OPL1

i got soluation. in the process of confirmation of activity, i entered the worng dates that it shows wrong calculations.

In addition to what Sandeep mentioned, also chk the control key you are using for the activity. Is the costing parameter ticked, pls confirm tht.
