Error Message : Material XXX is not defined for sales in Netherlands

Hi All,

I encountered this errror message when I was trying to deliver this sales order. I have checked that storage location is maintained in the material master and the sales order as well. I can save the delivery order and do pgi but I want to know how can I eliminate this error.

Appreciate your inputs on this.

In the definition of plant check the country of plant and change it to accordingly

The plant is defined correctly for Netherlands.

Try T-Code OVK1, maintain your country with the Tax Category being used by you.

Then Go to CMR & MMR & maintain the Tax Code.

Hi

Check the following data

---> Check OVL2 & OVL3 assignments also

---> Check wheather MMR has been created in which sloc / plant

---> Check the MMR assigned plant related country

---> Check to which country customer belongs to in VD02

Hi,

Thanks a lot. I did try to check and configure by the steps. But, the problem is the tax classification box don't seemed to apepar in my mat master and so is the output tax in customer master. I am really no sure where have I gone wrong.

In Tax classification , OVK1 , OVK2 , OVK3 you might have not maintained the country and assigned to the tax condition type. to that country at CMR & MMR level. and that is the reason you were facing the error. Hope the problem is solved
