WBS assignments in CAT2

Hi all,

here' something realy tricky...

is it possible to create user authorizations/assignments for WBS elements in CAT2?

exemple: one of our users is entering his working hours into CAT2. When he is about to choose a receiving WBS element, he should only be able to choose from a list of WBS elements he is assigned to.

Is there a way to create assignments to different WBS Elements (or Projects) for each user?

It can be done through Person responsible for WBS element. Person responsible will user's dept head.

thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately I don't think that it will work that way. As far as I know it is only possible to assign one responsible user to each WBS element.

In our case we want several users to work on on several WBS elements.

exemple:

user1 is assigned to: WBS1 WBS2 WBS4

user2 is assigned to: WBS2 WBS3 WBS4 WBS5

Any ideas how to create this in SAP?

for this scenario use combination of authotisation object of project type, profit center, cost center.
