Customizing SAP Component enteries in Service Desk

Hi Gurus

Is it possible to customize the SAP Component enteries in Message Creation Screen.

Also, We would like to capture the business process steps , while creating a message.

i.e. for eg, in solar01//02, we maintain the business process scenarios . under them processes and next

process steps. While creating a message we need to capture the business process steps also. So that we can categorize the message on the basis of business process steps. Is there any way by which we can meet this requirement.
