ACL Authorisation in DMS and Easy DMS

Former Member

Hi,

as in Thread

I had following question:

"Could you tell me, what BADI I need?

I have implemented OSS note 1062939 and 1126279, but also after this implementation and deactivate the ACLs and BROWSER via table TDWSWITCH, the authority-tab is shown."

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

Roland

Hi Roland,

please see the SAP notes 811389 and 818714 which explain that the BADIs DOCUMENT_AUTH01 and BOM_UPDATE need to be implemented to use the ACL functions.

Best regards,

Hi Christoph,

I implemented this notes - but my problem is not solved.

It seems, that Easy DMS doesn't recognize, that no ACL authorisation is wished.

Therefore the tab strip "Authorities" continues to be displayed.

I don't only want to deactivate the check - I also want to deactivate the tab strip in EasyDMS.

Do you have a suggestion for me?

Thanks,

Roland

Does anyone know, with which package the issue is resolved?

Hi Roman,

maybe these changes are in Support Package SAPKH60011 where some changes were made for customizing the ACL behavior (see note 1062939).

Hi Christoph,

thanks for the hint with the support package number.

Can you examine, if this problem is really solved in this support package?

Where can I find information about the contents of an support package?

Best,

Roland
