Cache update not yet started In PI 7.1

Hi

Iu2019m using PI 7.1, facing the issue with Cache Update

Under Integration Builder -> Environment -> Cache Notifications

Central Adapter Engine, Mapping Runtime Cache (Central Adapter Engine) both are in gray color status (Cache update not yet started) .

Cache Connectivity Test in RWB

RWB -->Component Monitoring --> Cache Connectivity Test

For both Central Adapter Engine, Mapping Runtime Cache on Central Adapter Engine

Showing the warning

"--Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory not yet started or still in process"_

Please help me out to update the Cache successfully

Hello

How to locate exactly this "com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc" in NWA for version 7.4 please so we can check?

Also, I have attached the 'Cache connectivity test' overview. Irregardless of re-starting it a lot of times, it still shows 'yellow status' cache-connectivity-test-screenshot.png

Error message: Cache notification from not yet started or being edited

Hi

Please check u have the following parameters in com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc

SLD.selfregistration.hostName hostname.domain.com

SLD.selfregistration.httpPort port number

Can you also please login to Integration Directory and paste the error what u see under cache status overview -> Problems

Check service "com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc" in Visual admin or NWA. What is the cacheType value there?

Could you please let me know the Path To check the service "com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc" in Netweaver Administrator and the cacheType value

System Management -> Configuration -> System Properties -> <SID> -> Instancexxx -> Server0 -> Services tab

Hi Vaade,

Please check if rfc - INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI working fine and has 'path prefix /dir/CacheRefresh'.

Otherwise, In NWA - the navigation for com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc is

Configuration Management - Infrastructure - Java System Properties -Details - Services

If you don't find this service in NWA...then check the same in Config Tool using below navigation

template - Usage_Type_All_in_One - Services - com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc

Ensure "CacheType" has "DIRECTORY" (it might be PCK by default).

1 RFC- INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is working fine.

2. I du2019t find the com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc service in NWA ,

3 Under Config Tool

template - Usage_Type_All_in_One - Services - com.sap.aii.af.cpa.svc

"CacheType" has the value "DIRECTORYu201D only
