Hi

In cash sale : can i enter the FI document before i save my sales order becoz saving of sales order leads to create an immediate delivery, my client require before the good move from the warehouse the FI document need to the update

Hi Vinz

While doing Cash sales you will be getting only delivery document number , but PGI wont happens a, so financial document also wont generates. So it is not possible to generate a financial document after saving a sales order . and it is not advisable also . I agree with my friend Muralidhar words also

Hi

Please note that while creating cash sales order, system will only created delivery document and will not create the PGI document (material document). Goods movement will only happen once you pick and do the PGI.
