igs could not be started

Hi,

I´ve the igswd.exe in sapmmc with "could not be started" (color red). I tried to use the 824821 for change the start profile but I get the same error.The connection on SM59 tcode is erroneous.

How can i to install the last patch of the igs?Which is the method and where is the path to puth the files??

Hi,

The Patch for BC-FES-IGS patch is 13 for Netweaver 2004s.you can upgrade the patch through JSPM.

Second method you acn uncar that patch in directory and then stop the sapsystem and copy the files in the Kernel(/sapmnt/SID/exe). then start the server.
