hi all,

i am working with ale/idoc .

from one client i am sending customer master data using DEBMAS

I have checked in IDOC

for contact person

it is not picking fax number and email

and telephone number it is picking from KNA1 table

Hi Abdul,

You would need to extend the segment and pick up tha data from ADRC using ADRNR from the link of the contact person and populate in the user exitt.

Hi,

the data you try to distribute, even if related to customer master data, does not belong to it.

It belongs to the Business Address Services (BAS).

As a result, to distribute it you need to distribute ADR*MAS idocs types too.

According to the fields you try to distribute, idocs types ADR2MAS and ADR3MAS are definitively necessary.

Hi Mohd,

check any segment in the IDOC Type DEBMAS06 holding the fields fax number and email and

telephone number ..

if so see the Fm attachned to the Idoc type message type in we57.

and try to find the exit and write the code to fill the structure with your requirement..
