How do I list all files in storage category?

Hello,

I would like to have a list of all files/originals located in specific storage category.

Is there a report I can use?

Hi Yossef,

I think table DMS_PH_CD1 is the table you need. Here you can choose the storage category and

find all originals in this category. In the result you will find the PHIO- and LOIO-ID of the original and you can use this data further in table DMS_PHF_CD1 to get the detailed original data.

How do I get the document number too?

Hi Yossef,

you can see the document data (number, type,...) in table DMS_DOC2LOIO where you can also search with the LOIO-ID which you got in table DMS_PHF_CD1 or you can use report DMS_KPRO_READ2.
