Hi,
I am trying to install SAP 4.7 on my HP Desktop.
My System Config is P4 Processor with 256MB, 80GB HDD.
When Running database instance, at Database load step, the status is
Running 1, Waiting 0.
Power lost at this point and i restarted the install process once the power is back. The setup continued from that step,
waited there for 5 mins, in the status it showed " Running SAPVIEW... " and gave error window with buttons 'Retry', 'Viewlog','Exit'
PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO OVER COME THIS AND HOW TO CONTINUE FROM THIS POINT AND MAKE INSTALLATION SUCCESS FULL. BECUASE ITS VERY
DIFFICULT AND TIME TAKING TO BEGIN FROM STARTING POINT.

Hi Seshu,
I had same problem and I solved.
1.First check whether TNSListener is running. If is running Login as <SID>adm and check whether database is up and running.
How to check?
goto run and type sqlplus "/as sysdba"
If you get Ideal Instance as a result use STARTUP command to start database.
If database is already up and running follw the step2.
2. Goto init<SID>.ora file at OS level. (
oracle\ora92\database\init<SID>.ora)
take a back up of file and change the following parameters values as i specified.
a. shared_pool_size = 20M and
b. db_cache_size = 20M
then restart Installation.
This will solve your problem.

Hi,Just replace the R3load executable in the kernel directory with the latest one and try continuing the installation.It will solve the problem for sure.
Make present R3load to old and download the new file from smp

Hello,
When the installation throws error at SAPVIEW phase (especially the error code is FJS-00012) kindly start ur SAP system and start the installation again. However u may find some *.TSK files in the installation directory which should be cleared if it carries err status. If u proceed installation with files in err status installation will be interrupted again.

I got the same error that you faced b4 to install SAP 4.7 Ides. I had tried to login in to the erpadm but still it not solved.
I am gettting the same error after

First tell me did u get any error while installing your oracle?
if you got any problem there u will diffinetley get the error at Database load running 1 and waiting 0.
if thats not the case u may get this problem due to your system name.
means
u must careful at the OS level configurations.
just be sure that u have confugured host (host file)
and be sure u have to PING for ip address and system name.
just try the installation from the begin and
be sure u should not go back once click next button.
