Hi,
The issue is that you put all your eggs in the same basket.
If you don't mind crushing all your eggs together then go for MCOD !

Olivier

hi,
if that is the conclusion why is that SAP still supports MCOD? Shoudn't they have withdrawn the support. What would be the SAP official stand on this. Is it a general rule that we are going to crush all the eggs? What about Dev & QA environments alone? For e.g. if I have 4-5 components of SAP being implemented such as ERP, EP, BI, CRM etc.,then isnt it the waste of resources to deploy for each of these components? Is there any official response from SAP on possibale scenarios of using MCOD especially on Netweaver platforms (I see the documentation was quite old bearing the dates of 2002-2003), probably a lot has been changed or nothing has been changed from SAP.
Regards
Kishore
