Meaning of sales order status

Hiii Guyz,

i would to know, what is the meaning of the status on table VBUK-GBSTK - overall statuss ?

[blank] - not relevant ...

A - not yet processed ...

B - partially processed ...

C - completely processed ...

Hi Nizam,

suppose if ur sales order contains 3 line items with delivery u can save the sales order system assigns status as 'A' and if u do delivery for line items 1 and 2 then system assigns document status as 'B' and if u completely processed all the 3 line items then system assigns 'c' as status

The use of the status assignment is for information purpose and it can useful in fetching reports and processing of programs.ex:Based on this logic system gets report VA05 and delivery due list etc.,

Hi

Not relevant : The order item is not relevant for delivery. For example , service order item are relevant for Delivery.

Not yet processed : That means the order item is not yet delivered.

Partially processed : That means, the order item have been delivered partial quantities.

Compaletely processed : The order item is completely delivered/completed.

Nizam,

Overall status field is updated according to the post processing of Sales order.

you can refer to the example As explained by one of expert.

So when u have completely referred to Sales order then the status will be complete.

If Suppose Sales Order has quantity 100 MTS and it has not been delievered then the status would be "A".

If 50 MTS has been dispatched out of 100 MTS sales order Quantity , then the status would be "B"

If rest of the 50 MTS has been dispached , then the statu would be "C".
