can't create meta jco destination

hi experts

i deloyed a webdynpro for java project using tow jco "WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST" and "WD_MODELDATA_DEST",when i created the "WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST" connection,the system told me

Failed to change password for key WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST in secure storage at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.serverimpl.wdc.sl.SecureStorageWrapper.changePassword(SecureStorageWrapper.java:148)

well i changed my meta jco like "WD_xxxRFC_METADATA_DEST",the systemn still show the error

what's the problem,plz help

hi experts

i all use "aleremote" user and the password is correct,our other applictions till use this user,and can test successfully

Chk which uid /password is being used by the jco connection,in webdynpro administration.Provide a user with sufficient authorization.
