No documents created - in PRRW

Dear All,

The following steps i have done:

01. In T-Code: TRIP - I created the Travel Request with Advance and Approved the same.

02. In T-Code: PR03 - I approved the Advance.

03. In T-Code: PR05 - I posted some expenses and it was settled in the same T-Code:

04. In T-Code: PRFI - I created the Posting Run

But in T-Code: PRRW the system shows No documents created

Please guide me.

Hi

Please check in configuration whether Advance paymentis enabled. Also please check whether you have enabled posting at the time of travel request or no posting is enabled.

If the advance amount entered by you is in foreign currency,there could be possibility that the conversion rate may not be maintained. Please check this also.

You can also check in PRFI, the reason for the travel request not getting picked up in the posting run.

wel in Posting run did u check wether it has successfully included that run? there is possibility it has some errors that is why it did not include that run in posting document.
