Hi,

I want to add/change the report name in General information which comes under Information System menu . Can anyone tell me the transaction code in 4.5B and how to add or change the same.

SAP Area Menu Maintenance: SE43

You can use transaction SEARCH_SAP_MENU, to serach transactions/menu path in sap.
