Hi...

We're implementing the SolMan, and the Service Desk is partialy completed...

Is possible to open a messagem from ECC, for example, but we have some issues....

- How we can create a SSO between ECC and SolMan, to user don't need to log on...

- How we can assign the creator automatically? (now, the messages is opened without this information, maybe because the business partners are not created yet)

- After this, how can we create some lists to messages from a specific component, to be automatically assigned to a user?

And, after this, what is the next step?!

Satellite system -- From the menu, Help --> Create Support Message.

Yes, you are right. You need to create BPs for your satellite system users.

You need to configure support team determination.

- You need various RFCs between the Solman and the Satellite systems, like trusted RFCs, solman BACK rfc etc. In Service desk support message, solman BACK rfc is used

- whenever support message is created from satellite ECC system, owner or creater or user goes automatically with the message along with other all details like transaction, and ECC system details etc.

- When you open a support message from ECC, from any of transaction screen, message components come automatically in the list and then you can choose from them.

All these will be accomplished when the Service Desk is 'fully completed' on your Solman and ECC, just go through the guides you have
