Hello All,
is there anybody who has some experience in implementing SAP Solution Manager Service Desk Webservice in WCF. I already have implemented the Method RequesSystemGuid() and ProcessIncident(). Nevertheless I can not add our service desk as a external service desk. SAP rejects the service desk because it can not establish a connection but the connection exsists. Are there any specialties which have to be considered?
