About the partial PGI for DN

Dear experts:

I have a doubt in the processing of shipping.

I have a sales order with QTY 100 PCS, and then i create a DN A with QTY 100.

When the manufactory have finished partial goods,i want to post PGI such as 40.

After i finish the PGI with QTY 40,while i want to finish remainder 60 PCS PGI.

I must create another DN with QTY 60 to make PGI.

If i can post all PGI on the same DN?

Complete or partial?

Pls give me some advice.

Stephan,

As suggested in standard after PGI, you can not modify the delivery. And System doesnt Allow partial PGI function.

As per your situation, You have two option

1. Create another delivery with the remaining 60 Qtys and do PGI.

2. Reverse the PGI, and change the quantity to 100 and proceed further.

Hello,

When a delivery has status of PGI you can't add more to it. However you can reverse the PGI (trans VL09) & then access the same delivery via VL02N and add more to it. Give it a try.
