Hi everybody,
We need your help. As you know, in transaction BBP_POC the PO has a button for deletion, however, this button is disable when we try to delete the PO after the PO was output and sent by mail to the vendor.
Is this normal?? How can we delete a PO after we sent the mail??
We are working with SRM 5.5 and SP 13
Thanks,
Ivá
Hi
Once the PO has been sent to vendor, we cant delete the PO at header level. Its system standard.
Please delete the respective PO line items.

Hello,
Delete a PO
There are two ways:
1. From the Header by clicking the DELETE button. And this is only possible when the PO is not yet output to Vendor.
2. The second way is to delete all the items in the PO. This is possible any time irrespective of the output sent to the vendor. But provided if there are no follow-on documents for this PO.Undelete manually an SRM PO (only advanced First test Q systems)
If there is an inconsistency in the backend system and the PO has to be undeleted in SRM, this can be done by manually delete the change version of the deleted PO. The field 'CHANGE_LOCK' of the active version should be blanked out too.
Kind regards,
Gaurav

Hi Gaurav,
We are on SRM 5.0 ECS
We have an issue in closing out PO's in SRM. There are few PO's which are deleted at the header level in SRM and we want to undelete the PO to take the necessary steps to close the PO. We have PO outputs maintained in R/3 instead of SRM for our scenario. Please let me know if there is way to undelete the PO in SRM. Also i have seen a solution where we can edit the SRM PO in R/3 in debug mode. But we do not want to do this at this time.
Thanks
Krishna
