Dear SDN,
I'm currently implementing SRM 7.0 SP2. However, on the enterprise portal I've come across an error message. This occurs when trying to add items into a shopping, either free text or catalogue.
I have activated application controlled workflow (ie. I'm not running BRF workflow)
The error message below appears in the portal. There's no runtime error in tcode ST22.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Jeff,
Yes, the problem is with the deployment of the portal business packaged for SRM. Once this was re-deployed it worked fine... you'll need a portals consultant to do this.
Hope that helps/

Hi,
The default workflow framework setting is the process-controlled workflow.
Caution: If you switch from the application-controlled workflow framework to the process-controlled workflow framework; once a process-controlled workflow has been run, it is not supported that you switch back to application-controlled workflows!
For the problem:
You need to configure the Evaluation ID in SPRO.
Path for the same is:
IMG --> SRMSERVER -> Cross application basic settings --> Business workflow --> Process controlled workflow --> Business Process configuration --> Define process levels.
In this configure the process schema evaluation and process levels.

Kannaiah

Did you ever figure out the issue with this? I am having the same problem.
Thanks,
Jeff
